FAQ On Screen Printing
How long does it take to have a job printed?
Our normal turnaround time is 10 business days once your order is processed and artwork has been approved. We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround in town, so in most cases your order will ready before then. For selected promotional products turnaround time can sometimes be 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order.
What is a screen charge or set up fee?
In order to produce screen printed t-shirts, each color in a design must go on its own screen or stencil. Infinity Graphics T-Shirts will hold your screens for up to 1 months so any re-orders placed within that time you will not be charged another setup fee. The cost per screen is normally $25 per color. We can sometimes waive the setup fees on larger orders depending on the job. Re-print order only $5.00 setup per screen
Screen Printing Prices Are Based On:
• Style or Product Type
• Number of individual colors in the design bein printed
• Number of print locations
• Total quantity
Do I have to order all the same shirt colors, sizes, styles and ink colors?
You can mix and match shirt colors and sizes of your choice, as long as the ink color stays the same. For Garment colors we ask that you order at least 6 of each color when mix and matching. If you need to order multiple shirt styles, we ask that you order at least 12 per style. We do offer ink color changes if needed in minimum quantities of 12 pcs. The ink change fee is $15 per color change.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Sure, we have a 24 piece minimum if you are supplying your own garments. All supplied garments must be of the same material or be able to be printed with the same method & ink types (i.e. colors, fabrics, print sizes). If you are providing your own garments we are not responsible for product misprinted or damaged during production. If you have specialty items that we cannot provide for you and can’t quite meet the minimum, give us a call.
Return & Replacement Policy
At The Wright Memories, each item is made to order and personalized with care. Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns or Cancellations
All items are custom-made specifically for you. Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be canceled or modified. We do not accept returns for personalized items.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or if an error was made on our end, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number

Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Describe the issue briefly
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be processed.
Personalization Responsibility
No orders will be run prior to customers approval order including, Sizes, Styles, Spelling, Artwork and pricing will be represented to customer again for final approval. Once is approved (signed copy returned to Infinity Graphics), Customer will be responsible for accuracy of artwork after final approval.

We are not responsible for buyer-submitted errors (e.g., typos, incorrect names, or layout issues not visible during customization).
When Replacements Are Not Offered
Replacements or refunds are not issued in the following cases:

Buyer submitted incorrect personalization

Buyer changed their mind after ordering

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Processing time varies based on the item, quantity, and level of customization:

Most orders ship within 6–10 business days

Bulk or high-volume orders may require additional time
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and location.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order is marked as shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

Confirm the shipping address submitted at checkout

Check with household members or neighbors

Contact the carrier directly for assistance
We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
