Screen Printing

Is the technique of using a stencil or “screen” to print inks directly to the surface of a garment. This method is the most cost effective way to reproduce the same image on multiple piece runs.

Screen Printing Prices Are Based On:

• The price of the garment or product to be printed

• Each color and location requires 1 screen $25.00

• White under base is necessary on black garments and is

   considered a color or screen

• Number of print locations

• Design must be provided and ready to screen printing PDF, Ai. If artwork is      no provided, Artwork charges will apply.

• Reprints only $5 setup per screen

• Color change $10 (12 SHIRTS OR MORE)

• Custom or PANTONE colors are available for an extra fee.

What should I know if I am supplying my own artwork?

If you are supplying your own artwork, it must be “print ready” meaning that the file types need to be in a Ai, Ps, Pdf, Tiff format and must be at least 300 dpi. The higher the quality the better it will print. Size adjustments may be needed.
